Pause Journal

A simple space for thoughts and reflections around suicide, grief, hope, and the human experience.

Why Pause Matters

5 March 2026

Sometimes the mind moves too quickly.

Thoughts stack on top of each other. Regret. Fear. Shame. Exhaustion.

Before long it can feel like everything is closing in.

When that happens the mind starts looking for a way out. Not because someone wants to die, but because they want the pain to stop.

That is where a pause can help.

A pause is not a solution.

It is simply a moment where the speed slows down.
